Training Groups

U10 - U16 Team

Our U10–U16 programme is grounded in long-term athlete development, with training across Slalom and Giant Slalom and speed discipline exposure introduced at the right time. Small group sizes allow for highly personalised coaching, backed by modern sport science. Away from the race course, free skiing, powder, and the jump park build technical skills and confidence. Race opportunities span GBR BASS-registered events, our own Aurora Cup in Norway, and FIS Children's races across Europe. From equipment preparation to mental performance and physical conditioning, athletes are introduced to every pillar of competitive ski racing — all within a programme where fun and a genuine love for the sport always come first.
